Standard Courier to Your Door

We deliver to any street address in South Africa. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.

Click & Collect

Collect your order from your chosen store. Ready for pickup in 2-5 business days.

Important Note on Installation Orders

This applies to items like home gyms, treadmills, and other large equipment requiring setup.

Enjoy FREE delivery & installation if you live within 25km of a store. Our service for these items extends up to 200km from major city hubs.

Due to the special coordination required, please expect the full delivery and installation to be completed within 5 to 10 business days. Our team will contact you directly to schedule a date.

Our Delivery Rates

We calculate delivery costs based on whether your cart contains standard items or large/heavy items. If your order contains a mix, you will only be charged the fee for the large/heavy item.

Standard Items

This includes most products like Apparel, Footwear, Tech, and small Sporting Accessories.

  • Courier (Orders UNDER R700):
    • R 75 to Main Centres
    • R 100 to Outlying Areas

Large & Heavy Items

These items have special per-product rates. For courier delivery, the rate depends on your order value and location.

Installation Items

This covers items that require professional setup, like home gyms. Our service area for these items extends up to a 200km radius from our major hubs (including Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria, etc.).

  • Within 25km of a store: Delivery & Installation is FREE.
  • Outside the 25km radius: For deliveries to outlying areas within our service zone, a delivery fee will be automatically calculated based on your postal code and added to your cart at checkout.

More Delivery Information

Receiving Your Order

  • All deliveries are made to physical addresses within South Africa only.
  • Once your order is confirmed, the delivery address cannot be changed.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email to check the status of your standard orders. For installation items, our team will be in touch directly.
  • You or an authorized person must sign for the delivery. If you'd like someone else to receive it on your behalf, please specify their name in the "Order Notes" at checkout. They will be required to show proof of ID.

What to Do if a Parcel is Damaged

All our parcels are sealed with security tape. If the seal is broken or the parcel is visibly damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Before signing, inspect the delivery in front of the courier.
  2. Note any issues (e.g., "Box damaged," "Item missing") directly on the courier's waybill. Make sure both you and the courier sign against the note.
  3. You can still accept the delivery, but by making a note, you ensure the issue is logged.
  4. Alternatively, you can refuse the delivery. If you do, please note the reason on the waybill (e.g., "Refused due to damage") before the courier leaves.
