How to change my password?
You can change your password under your “My Account” section in “Account Details”. If you forgot your password you can use the “Forgot My Password” link on the login page that will send you an email with instructions on how to reset. How to amend my personal details?
All personal details including Name, Surname, Email address and cell phone number can be updated under your “My Account section” by selecting “Account Details” You can also update your address by selecting “Address Book” in your “My Account” section.
How to unsubscribe from newsletters?
You can unsubscribe by clicking “unsubscribe” in our newsletter footer, or you can change your preference in your “My Account” section by clicking on “Account Details” and removing the tick to “Receive deals and promotions via email” box. Where can I find my Tax Invoices?
As a Rewards member you will have full access to all your Tax Invoices and this can be found under your “My Account” section when selecting “Electronic Invoices”.
