Standard Courier to Your Door

We deliver to any physical street address in South Africa, typically within 2–5 business days of dispatch. Orders placed before 13:00 on a business day are usually dispatched the same day.

Collect from your chosen store, usually ready within 2–5 business days. We'll notify you when it's ready.

Buying a home gym, treadmill or other large equipment?

Delivery & installation is FREE within 25km of a store. We service these items up to 200km from major hubs, completed within 5–10 business days — our team will call you to schedule. Full details in the rates section below.

Our Delivery Rates

Fees depend on whether your cart holds standard or large/heavy items. Mixed cart? You're only charged the large/heavy item's fee.

*Free delivery over R700 applies to standard items only — large/heavy items always carry a per-item fee. The R700 threshold is your cart subtotal (before delivery). Main Centres are South Africa's major metros and cities (e.g. Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, Bloemfontein, Stellenbosch); Outlying Areas are towns and regional addresses outside these. Your exact fee is confirmed at checkout from your postal code.

Installation Items

Items needing professional setup (e.g. home gyms). Serviced up to 200km from major hubs (Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria and more).

  • Within 25km of a store: delivery & installation is FREE.
  • Outside 25km (within our service zone): a fee is auto-calculated from your postal code at checkout.

More Delivery Information

Receiving Your Order

  • Deliveries are to physical addresses within South Africa only.
  • Once an order is confirmed, the delivery address can't be changed.
  • You'll get a tracking number by email for standard orders; for installation items our team contacts you directly.
  • Someone must sign for delivery. To nominate another person, add their name in Order Notes at checkout — they'll need to show ID.
  • If no one is available, the courier will attempt redelivery and contact you to arrange a suitable time.

If a Parcel Arrives Damaged

All parcels are sealed with security tape. If the seal is broken or the box is visibly damaged:

  1. Before signing, inspect the delivery in front of the courier.
  2. Note any issues (e.g. "Box damaged") on the courier's waybill — both you and the courier should sign against the note.
  3. You can still accept the delivery; the note ensures the issue is logged.
  4. Or refuse it, noting the reason on the waybill before the courier leaves.
