The Impact on Deliveries

Our ecommerce orders are shipped from our Cape Town facilities, and due to the severe damage caused to key routes such as the N1, N2, and N7 highways (and the detours around them), our delivery partners are experiencing severe bottlenecks in getting your orders to the rest of South Africa.

Because of these circumstances—which are entirely beyond our control—orders currently in transit are experiencing significant delays to certain areas. Furthermore:

• Current Orders: Many parcels are currently held safely at our Cape Town hub as trucks are physically unable to exit the province.
• New Orders: This disruption also impacts new orders placed for the regions listed below. We are processing these orders, but transit will only resume once the roads are deemed safe.
