The press arms are padded for comfort while performing chest and pec fly exercises. The chest press has 2 hand positions to isolate different muscle groups. Work you lower body with the leg developer that has 4 foam rollers for added comfort. The preacher curl bicep pad is removeable and adjustable to make isolated bicep exercises possible.
