Tricep Bars are designed for Neutral-Grip Exercises. Obviously Triceps Bars are great for Overhead Extensions, Lying "Nose Breakers" and other Triceps Exercises. A Triceps Bar also makes it easy to keep elbows close to the body for Close-grip Triceps Bench Pressing.
